Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled service. Late Policy: We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all appointments, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.If you anticipate being late, please notify use as soon as possible. Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $50 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will not be billed the additional $50 but we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of service. No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged a no-show fee of 100% of missed appointment or be required to pre pay for future appointments.
